Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage applies only to services and components specifically listed on your invoice as "warranted." Not all services include warranty coverage. Please review your invoice to confirm what work is covered under warranty. For warranted work, Energized-EV warrants all work performed and components installed against defects in craftsmanship for the duration and mileage threshold specified on your invoice. Warranty duration and mileage limits will be clearly listed for each service.


What This Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers any failure or defect that results directly from workmanship or installation performed by Energized-EV on the specific service listed as warranted on your invoice.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover failures caused by external factors, including but not limited to: accident, collision, water damage, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third-party modifications.


External Component Failures

If an external component not installed by Energized-EV fails and causes damage to our installed components, that damage is not covered under this warranty. Any repairs or rebuilds to our components resulting from external component failure will be billed as a separate service.


Third-Party Repairs

If any repairs, modifications, or maintenance are performed on your vehicle by a shop or technician other than Energized-EV, this warranty becomes void. Additionally, if the Tesla service alert log is erased, cleared, or modified by any third-party shop or independent technician without our knowledge or authorization, this warranty becomes void, as this constitutes a software modification. If any tamper seal stickers on Energized-EV components are ripped, removed, or altered, this warranty becomes void. All future warranty claims must be handled exclusively by Energized-EV to remain valid.


Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, email Energized-EV with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will inspect the vehicle and determine whether the failure falls under warranty coverage.
